In certain cases, there is a bug with how the final page of advisory.com's password reset process is displaying. We are aware of the issue and investigating a fix.
Description of the error
When you receive your password reset email and click the link we provide, it takes you to our password reset page. Your email should be pre-filled on that page. Beneath that, and we prompt you to type in a new password and confirm that new password.
If your new password meets all the criteria and you click the red "Set Password" button, advisory.com will take you to a new page. It is mostly blank but has the Advisory Board logo on it.
What you should do next
If you made it to this page, you don't need to take any further action! Your new password is set, but there's a bug that isn't showing our "success" page.
To confirm that your new password is set, go to www.advisory.com and log in using your new password. Once you do so, you should see "Welcome" and your name in the top-right corner of our website.
