When registering for a webinar, sometimes advisory.com incorrectly thinks you’re not logged in, even when it displays your name in the upper-right corner.
The error message can help pinpoint the issue. When you try to register but the error message says "We're sorry, ." instead of "We're sorry, Robert." it indicates that your login session has a bug. It is failing to pull in all your account details, including your memberships and your account manager. The error message normally displays the account manager you should contact for help, but displays a blank similar to the above.
In most cases you can correct the issue yourself by logging out and logging back in. This should reset your login session and allow you to register. You can also contact your account manager to register you as a courtesy.
