We use GoToWebinar, a third-party app, to host our webconferences.
Links on these page leave advisory.com and take you to GoToWebinar's website.
If you don't have the app installed, your browser will prompt you to download the GoToWebinar software when you join the webconference. This process varies depending on your browser: the button you need to click will say “Yes,” “Grant,” or “Trust.”
Once you do, the webconference will automatically launch on your computer.
You may need assistance from your organization’s IT desk. Some organizations have strict settings that block this software. Visit the GoTo help center if you need help with:
- Installing GoToWebinar
- Figuring out if your computer can run GoToWebinar
- Audio or video issues
